#SpringForward Detox: Avoiding processed food is WAY up at the top of my list of strategies to be successful with this WOE. Combining whole single ingredient foods to make delicious meals that even the non-low carbers in my house enjoy seems like my mission most days. It’s like walking forward. It’s what I do.
