Starting my week off with a Monday double HIIT workout and strength training too. Some walking later I’m sure (especially after eating.) ✅✅✅ #SpringForward Another week of working my planned movement opportunities M-F. If I get a workout in on the weekends-great! If I just get walks in-great! I’m gonna celebrate my wins and learn from my misses and MOVE ON!
