Happy Monday, all! Starting my morning with a standing spoon test success with homemade yogurt. Used lactose-free whole milk and it worked like a charm. Still fasting, so have not tasted it, but it looks awesome! Experimenting is fun … even more fun when it works! I am on cloud 9!! Enjoy the day and all it brings, all!
