#springforward - Move my booty I usually take Sunday as my rest day. This morning, however, I was a bundle of energy. Clocked 3 miles of dance walking on the treadmill and rocked my 5x5 squats and modified push-ups. Was able to do both without stopping today! Non-scale victoryyyyyyyyyy!
