Buffalo Chicken “Compromise” Soup Made a triple batch of this today for freezer meals and hubs and I agree it is great compromise base. He can add what he wants and I can make it my own. I added shirataki/Konjac noodles to my bowl. I did not have cream cheese, but what I did have was a 3-pack of Boursin cheese in the freezer. Great way to use it up, as it has been eyeballing me. Her tip on whirling it in the blender with some of the broth worked amazing! Used Frank’s Buffalo sauce and the stash of frozen shredded taco-seasoned chicken meat. Worked great! I only added half of the chopped celery to start and added the remainder when the soup was just about done. We like the crunchy crunch. Finally, I only used 8 cups of broth, even though it would have been 12. I wanted a heartier soup. Did not add any cream of half-half. https://www.wholesomeyum.com/recipes/low-carb-buffalo-chicken-soup-recipe/?fbclid=IwAR3I1uTjh6HinZ-mAp8UZgh9Fb8FRhPGfFucceqQ6cPRfojZar9xfF6RFwU&mibextid=Zxz2cZ
