#springforward - Meal prep done (almost … two more batch meals to cook tomorrow for the freezer stash): - 12 eggs in the Instant Pot for boiled eggs - 12-egg bake with sausage and bacon - Homemade tomato sauce for healthier chicken parm and protein pizza crust sauce (easy peasy recipe will be on the recipe board) - Huge batch of Buffalo chicken soup (husband loved it, so adding it to the line-up) Batch cooking for tomorrow will be 6lbs of chicken thigh shawarma meat and 4lbs of healthier chicken parm. Tip: If your celery is looking droopy and sad, don’t toss it! Either freeze it for bone broth or toss it in an ice water bath and let it crisp back up (it will ❤️). Also, use those celery leaves! #lowcarbonabudget #kitchentips
