#springforward - Move 5x5 = 25 squats and modified push-ups done again today … and … drumroll … was able to push myself to tougher push-ups! Eeeeeeeee!!! 25 miles on the treadmill goal hit and used the same incline dance method today again. So much fun! Heart pumping!
