#springforward Channeling my inner Goggins today. Upped my morning treadmill game to include some awesome dance moves, arm pumps, and short sprints, busted out another round of upper-body resistance bands, finished up with another tread walk while listening to the LowCarbMD Podcast to round out the morning. - 5x5 squats and modified pushups done and springing my booty forward! Side note: If one is ever questioning if an upper body resistance band (or any upper body) workout is working ā¦ take the bedding out of the dryer and fold the flat sheet all by yourself. The arm muscle after-burn was š„µ.
