#lowcarbonabudget - My one meal yesterday was humble (but nutrient dense) ground beef and runny yolk eggs. Finished up with some bites of kimchi and then frozen berries with a dollop of Greek yogurt. If berries are in your wheelhouse, frozen is often a budget-friendly option … especially here in the frozen north. I’ll pull some out and let them thaw while I get the rest of my meal ready. I’ll eat, do the dishes, clean up the kitchen … by then the berries have usually thawed enough to eat and my satiety hormones have started to kick in.
