Happy Friday Y’all! Bootcamp is definitely not a glamorous experience. After class this morning I look like a ragamuffin! It was tough! We had timed workouts. 3 minutes on the rower, 3 minutes of jumping rope, 3 minutes of jumping jacks. Then more core work also timed. Several 30 second intervals of Arnold’s, dead bugs, Superman’s… I’ll be sore until Monday for sure. Got home and found Randy in the backyard with his fishing pole. I love this picture. ❤️💪🏻🎣
