My face isn't very red, but it feels like it is. What you CAN'T SEE are my shaky muscles. It was weight night... The instructor is good to start us with what we feel comfortable using. Then she suggests we grab a heavier weight for the next round. Then again on the third round, only this time if you didnt increase on your own she handed you one. I was only going from 5 to 8lbs. I struggled with getting all of the reps in, she gave me kudos by saying if you arenโt struggling even a little bit you aren't using a heavy enough weight. She helped me with the last 4 reps as I could not raise that arm one more time without help. I know that going slow with intention is more beneficial than doing it just to get it done. I have never done squats before starting in a crouched/frog position, that was not easy. All of what we did tonight could easily be done at home... Please ๐ for me tonight as I think my arms will be totally useless tomorrow.๐
