Prepped 4 pounds of ground beef - froze a portion for later and made Korean ground beef with the rest. Ground beef is browned and chopped, then combined with onions, red pepper, & salt. Cool until onions are opaque. Sauté chopped red onions & peppers. Add crushed garlic (to taste) & then the ground beef. Add coconut aminos (~1/4th cup - less or more depending on amount of beef), red pepper flakes, (2 tbsp brown sugar alternative is optional) & top with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
