We did “all the things today”! Warm-up run. I’m running faster and in longer intervals every day. 1500 m on the rower, hula hoop, & skip ball. For the grand finale I walked a block with 86 lbs of weights on. I’ve loss 88 lbs since my last Bootcamp in 2017. A gentle reminder that I will NEVER gain my weight back. From running on the Boulevard first thing this morning to being out of breath just walking around the block with those weight on. 💪🏻🏃🏻‍♀️
