#springforward My 5 go to foods 1. Ground beef I buy about 4 lbs then make burgers and freeze them. There are only 2 of us so if I’m making tacos or my unstuffed cabbage I thaw out 4 burgers. 2. Frozen spinach it’s our go to during the week 3. Chicken legs and thighs they tend to always be a bargain and I love them in the air fryer with salt, pepper, and some paprika 4. Salami, pepperoni, and cheeses we always have this on hand to snack on or even have as a light dinner 5. Broccoli love this roasted in the air fryer with some olive oil, salt and pepper or steamed with a little butter and lemon Oh and the 6th thing I always have is eggs the perfect little protein
