#SpringForward Move: A couple of days ago I was able to add back in short (5-10 min) walks after meals. I’ve been doing longer walks after meals for awhile but scaled back on that when I was having a lot of pain in my foot. Yesterday was dinner with the Rat (aka: Mickey Mouse) so I decided to give walking from the parking structure and back a try. No pain!! So, hopefully we’re back, so far so good. 👍
