It’s been a long & busy beginning week of April with bookended memorial services on both Saturdays & a foot injury (of some sort) that has curtailed my daily longer walks for a bit. I’m just getting a start on posting my #springforward challenges so here goes! #SpringForward Move: A couple of weeks ago, after consulting with Doctor Google 😏, I realized I was going to need to seriously figure out a different plan for my exercise that didn’t include a lot of heavy walking until the pain in my foot calmed down. So, with the help of the General Exercise Plan post on this app I made a schedule of YouTube workouts that I thought would work. I wrote them down and added beginning HIIT & longer strength training workouts to my calendar. It’s actually been great! The beginning HIIT has made me sweat more than I thought it would, I’m doing them first thing in the morning and finding myself motivated to add extra workouts throughout each day. I’ll promote myself on up to an intermediate HIIT soon!
