#springforward - Move: Printed out the resistance bands exercises from the folder and got moving. Did upper body today and enjoyed it! Love that there is blank space on each sheet under each exercise to track progress or write yourself kick-booty affirmations!! ❤️ Sweaty! Also, I appreciate the how-to videos with each exercise! That helped tremendously.
