Well, not around here - we talk about fasting ALL the time! My fast is still going strong -- about 36 hours in. Did a hard workout yesterday, completely fasted. Didn't need protein shake, but I drank a bunch of electrolytes and flavored seltzers and got into bed early to watch some garbage TV as distraction. Planning to run during my "lunch" break later and then will probably break this fast at around hour 42. How's your Fasting February going so far?
