Finished Week 1 of Bootcamp stronger. Warmup run, sprints, kettlebell lifts and kettlebell swings with squats, medicine ball bounce and squats, upright rows with bands, and my first ever pull-ups and chin-ups. We stopped on our run in front of First Baptist Church to see their beautiful cross for Easter Week. Wishing you and your families a blessed Easter.
