Last night someone on FB asked questions about Keto. Told them I've been keto since 2016. I sent her some resources I made in 2018 (1 week menu) and 2020 (PowerPoint slide deck on what/why/how). Reading through those really got me refocused and realize that I know what I'm doing. I got lost. I forgot, but I'm back on track again. Down 0.8 pounds since 2/1 start of #fastfeb
