#springforward Detox/Declutter: Drink 8oz water per hour. Noon-thirty today was my scheduled blood donation time, so I started yesterday with 8oz water per hour up until donation time. Definitely helped with donating. Brought my own after-donation snack, as all that is on the counter is stuff I do not eat or drink. (The jerky isn’t perfect, but definitely less bad for me as a choice.) Iron was at 47 today, so in my best Prof Bikman voice, “Prioritize protein” for the win! Donating was not always possible for me, so I am grateful to be able to do so now. ❤️
