#springforward made a Jersey breakfast Taylor ham(pork roll) egg on a protein waffle. This was my first try on the waffle a little to dry I think I’ll melt butter and add it to the batter next time. Recipe as follows 1Tbsp almond flour 1scoop protein powder ( I use unflavored) 1egg 1/2 Tbsp of avocado oil(I’ll try 1 Tbsp melted butter next tome) Dash of vanilla Small dab of choc zero maple syrup Mix all together and makes 2 waffles in a Dash waffle maker
