Day 3 Bootcamp…. If you’re looking for me later I’ve probably sat down somewhere and can’t get up. Wall squats, duck walk squats, bunny hop squats. Squats with a kettle bell, squats in a circle throwing a medicine ball. She threw in some lunges just for fun. 10 minute run warm up, some sprints and a block run. Tomorrow we rest and back at it Friday. 💪🏻🏃🏻‍♀️🔥
