#springforward - Rest/Self Care: Went to bed an hour earlier than norm. After a long weekend at the curling club, this momma was ready for it. Challenging part was getting my brain to quiet down. Still have a list of tasks to accomplish to finalize the end of curling, so I wrote them down to help my brain hush. It helped, but still 😅. (Brain, shhhhh!) I know I didn’t sleep for 10 hrs like my crazy watch says, but definitely feel rested and energized this morning. Counting it a win! Am shocked I did not reach more deep sleep. (Our son’s last curling weekend before he graduates and leaves the nest. My heart! ❤️🥌 Love this group of young men.)
