This reminder came my way today and it was so apropos. I love to plan out my week with food and workouts. But when shifts happen, I can get frozen in the all or nothing mindset and start a slide in the wrong direction. Today the #springforward 5 minute walk was a helpful tool when a work change threw off my long walk plans. Getting out for a shorter walk a few times between meetings was way better than doing no afternoon walk at all. Perfection did not get in the way of progress today.
