Alright, I probably broke the rules of #springforward 🐣 by doing multiple things today but I didn’t have much of a choice. 1. I decluttered my basement workout are so I could move. I got everything functional again so no excuses for me. I literally work 10 feet🦶 out the exit there on the left. 2. While cleaning up 🧹 I found some things I didn’t need and will be donating them later today. 3. After it was done I rode the bike for 5 min and did 3 sets of dumbbell 💪 curls. Let me explain the multiple pics 😂 first one was before, then I hung some brackets so I could easily hang the 🥊 bag and move quickly between the TRX straps which hide in the rafters and my homemade pulley system. My goal this month is for this to kickstart me getting consistent with exercise again.
