13 hours into a planned 42 hour fast. Black coffee, flavored seltzers, electrolytes all ready. It’s been a while since I’ve been able to do a longer fast. Have a few rigorous workouts planned today and tomorrow so may allow for a protein shake if needed but will try without. I never feel all that confident when I start fasting, but I am not hungry at all. Just mentally want to eat.
