#springforward - After struggling my first two months in the program to incorporate ANY movement (I'm talking Olympic level couch potato here)... I kicked off April 1st with 2 sets each of 5 push ups & 5 squats. Know this doesn't sound like much, but gosh did it get my heart rate pumping. More importantly, I felt the first inkling of something I had long forgotten - enjoyment in and pride for having moved my body. To small victories πŸ™Œ
