i plan to alternate between a 16-hr and 22-hr fast. today is my 2nd 22-hr fast, 6 hrs left. since i normally eat lunch at 11am/12pm on my 16-hr days, this is when i get hungry on my 22-hr fast days. is this common since i'm alternating and my body expects it? i assume my body will adjust??? any recommendations on how to program fasting days?
