just finished day 3 of the strength program. i was VERY fatigued this morning, but i know from past experience that the fatigue doesn't improve by not exercising. it was rough, but i went slow, didn't push hard, and just kept moving. i feel better on this side of the workout, though. still tired, but grateful i did something. having this accountability group in mind kept me on-track. thanks!
