Active recovery. As an all or nothing person, I need to do at least SOMETHING everyday. This morning I didn’t want to. I slept late, missed my alarm and am so freaking sore from yesterday. But I know if I don’t commit 30 minutes I’ll regret it and fall out of habit before I have a chance to fully form it. So here it is. 15 min on the bike and 15 min of core work. One thing I can say about exercise, you’ll never regret getting it done.
