Low carb/keto doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. @Brian Wiley is a plethora of knowledge but two of the best pieces of advice that he’s ever shared with me was take advantage of sales at the grocery store and to get a food saver! Stocking up the freezer at these prices was definitely a win! For all my NOLA based friends Winn Dixie has a great sale on ribeyes right now… GEAUX get you some. 😊
