Happy Friday! Today I am posting a honest thank you to my/our health coach Amy. As I spoke with Amy today I realized this is where I need to be, coached by a woman who has been where we all are heading(to good health & happier versions of ourself.) That 1/2 hour goes soooo fast & I walk away from it w some more knowledge & smile on my face. I take my vitamin G (grateful)everyday & she was a part of that today!!
