Well, I am happy to report that I completed my 2nd 36 hour fast. This one was more difficult than the 1st, much more aware of hunger. I think it was because I chose a really rainy day and was restricted to a studio rental apt, too confined. I seem to do better with some distraction, like the movies. Anyway, I stuck it out. One of the side effects I am enjoying is clearer looking skin.
