We tried a new recipe today and it was a major success! My oldest asked for fish so I picked up flounder (1st time preparing it). I sprinkled garlic salt and light back pepper on it. Topped it with Parmesan and crushed Pork rinds (lightly seasoned with paprika) and then spooned garlic, butter lemon on top. Sprinkles half a red onion thinly chopped. Bake at 400F for 20 min then hit it with a broiler for 3 min (b/c it was still a bit soggy). All 3 kids finished their plates and had seconds. π Image is the before - forgot to take the after. I also prepared green beans as a side.
