Tried something new: Keto venison stroganoff over egg wraps used as noodles. Round one was in the slow cooker with stew cuts. It didn’t turn out as expected. Too soupy. So I took the leftovers, reduced the sauce down more and added ground meat. Excellent! This is farmed venison, not wild, so slightly less gamey.
