I am new with my intake appointment tomorrow. Excited to get started, I have been in my journey for many years, down just shy of 100 pounds from my highest weight. I got stuck about 20 pounds from goal and am looking for support, guidance, and the final tweaks that will get me there! Mom of 5, grandma of 2, registered nurse. Here is my beautiful family.
