Now I know what I have to do: either get rid of coffee altogether or learn to like it without creamers. My last big challenge: the coffee spike. Contrast to the day I was forced to have no creamers I told myself it was the Dawn effect, but after running out of creamer for a day, there’s no denying it’s my coffee with creamers 😢
