Kicking this off… back home from helping my elderly parents (in another state) and am committed to get back at the accountability for fitness. I love to work out so this is an easy one- except when it’s not! 50 miles a week on my bike 10 miles a week on foot 3xs a week weight lifting (with a trainer) 3xs a week in the water Ready set go!
