Hello! I have been struggling to get back on track after losing 45 pounds fasting 2 years ago, then going through some very tough life circumstances and gaining it back as binge eating reared it’s ugly head. Trying to get back on course, but can’t seem to. So I will do fine eating clean - until right about 4 p.m. Then my mood will get very low, and I’ll have terrible cravings for a drink and food. Its like my brain is longing to “de-stress” from the day. This leads to grazing, bad choices at dinner, and a couple drinks and dessert. How can I find other ways to de-stress (we moved and it’s very rainy here, so it has to be inside).
