Ive been getting Home Chef meals every now and then (they let you skip weeks). I’m able to choose low carb (leave off the pretzels for this one) and check all of the ingredients before ordering. I’ve built quite a little recipe book already! This was in response to the great question “what CAN I eat?!” In return, my blood sugar levels are much steadier and I’m beginning to recognize my face again. The clothes I saved from 10 years ago not only fit, but they’re starting to fall down and get baggy 😆
