More proof that the Kalayjian protocol works….visceral fat down, subcutaneous fat down, muscle mass growth. Still work to do on my BMI 4 pounds from my goal weight but I am not rushing it because my muscle growth and fat loss are yet balancing out until I can achieve a state of parity. 6 months in- I see it as a journey I am on. Small changes everyday little by little I will get to the best place I can be for ME not anyone else. Then I must continue the variables to sustain the results. This system does WORK
