To all you wonderful people how post your workouts and inspire me so much I wanted to share my hack for today. So if you read my previous post you may understand why today I am sore and didn’t feel like doing much of a workout, so I slapped on my ruck sac with 20 lbs of weight and I am doing all my regular household chores… dished, laundry, vacuuming, cleaning the rabbit hutch. We have a 2 story house so today will include lots of stairs. Nothing out if the ordinary but the ruck sac should make it a whole lot different!! I am already feeling more excited about my lifting session with my hubby later tonight!! You all inspire me so much. Thank you!! Have a great day everyone!! 💪🏻
