To all my rowing/Erg friends, If you have a concept 2 Erg and have the app downloaded… I wanted to share that I found something fun on the app yesterday!! I apologize if it is not new but I never noticed before. It is called “real time” it’s a button in the bottom of the page. If you hit it, it takes you to a page where you can “compete” with other rowers around the world on a 1000meter track in real time. I tried it for the first time yesterday and it was so fun. I was really uninspired to put in a hard row but I found it and tried it and my competitive spirit got the best of me and I did a few hard 1000meter pieces. I hope you enjoy it!!!
