I talked myself out of and into going walk at least 10 times this morning. I’m tired, sore, and just felt blah. Running the last two day, working all day, and then helping the hubby with the remodel at night has been exhausting. Only had an hour before getting ready for a meeting so decided on a 30 minute walk. Then FINALLY decided I wasn’t going to just walk by the free workout equipment any more and did 30 sit-ups and 30 weighted squats. My body is really going to hate me tomorrow. 💪🏻
