So… I love data…. Use an oura Ring, Garmin watch, and HRV for training, which is an app that analyzes your heart data and makes training recommendations. All very interesting…. 2 things i have learned….rest days/sleep are crucial to balanced training and to reducing overuse injuries! I seem to still be in the 4.5 hr range of training/week which means 2 or 3 days rest for me. But rest days arent do nothing days…. Its just go light. I walk 10-15k steps everyday with work…. So rest days r still moving days :-)
