I have been changing my lifestyle for the past 3 weeks with low carb/high protein diet. For any meal preppers I wanted to share what I am currently doing: Breakfast: Greek yogurt, blueberries, raspberries, chia seeds 2 hard boiled eggs Lunch: spinach, ground turkey, tomatoes, small amount ranch avocado oil dressing Dinner: ground beef, green pepper, red pepper, onion. I have all of this made and ready to go for a whole week and I just reload on groceries every Sunday. I only drink water, seltzer, and I have 1 zevia soda with dinner. One big lesson I learned is if you fall of the wagon do not let that defeat you. One bad day shouldn’t turn into 365 bad days in a row. For instance, 2 weeks ago I had 2 slices of pepperoni pizza with a Diet Coke for lunch. I was so pissed off at myself after. Then I did some reflection and thought about why I made the mistake. I ran out of my meal prepping for my salad and my brain just defaulted to a tasty fast meal. Now I always make sure I have plenty to last the week so i don’t make the error again. I was back on track the next day. I have been lifting 5 days a week and so far I have been maintaining my weight but i can see my body shifting in a positive way. Just wanted to share my journey:) open to any criticism if you think I should change anything.
