Thanks for a great meeting tonight. I had stayed away fora few weeks. I was feeling weak and ashamed. Now I’m back on track. My daily goals currently are: 30 minutes of cardio, or more hours of sleep, no pop, daily Bible reading and I’m trying to do no candy or treats until the end of month. I did great January 1-12, then lost control. Now I’m taking control and feeling much better. I appreciate all of you sharing and posting. This is an amazing group. Thank you Dr Tro & the entire team for this awesome labor of love for us.
