The gumbo my husband made this weekend just isnt making me feel full when I eat it. So tonight I cooked steak in the cast iron skillet with olive oil and a bit of butter. I threw Brussels sprouts in the hot pan to cook them in the residual oil/butter/seasoning. I'll share and the rest of the family can have gumbo with theirs.
