Proper Prior Preparation Prevents P*ss Poor Performance They also made us live by a saying posted in our training compound--DEEDS NOT WORDS-- This weeks meal prep... 1) Tuna Fillets from safe catch 2) Sardines in olive oil 3) SKYR yogurt 4) Pasture raised eggs ( I eat 6 at a time) enough for the week 5) Bag of broccoli 6) Bag of Brussel sprouts 7) bag of green beans 8) Bag of peanuts (unsalted) because I drink LMNT every day 9) Bag of walnuts (be careful) loaded with fat 10) Avocados 11) Black berries 12) 3 types of protein (whey), (casein), (whey and casein combo) working out demands this. 13) Packets of LMNT and RELYTE electrolyte replacement each day 14) Get my body moving- do something Think about what I spent? See photo...under $100 dollars, many people in the US can spend that on some lattes and junk food in several days, this food is enough to last me a week. I did not scroll INSTA, instead I got up early and went to the grocery store to GET IT DONE for the week. Look at that parking lot, many people in my neighborhood asleep at the wheel.
